Official Birdies for Charity fundraising season

$500 Incentive
The organization that raises the most with a 5 pledge form minimum wins
Dec. 16; Jan. 13 & 27; Feb. 10 & 24; Mar. 9 & 23; & Apr. 6

March 7
GSA office must have pledge forms in-hand to be tabulated for the Top 52 Bonus Bucks Incentive

April 16 – 22
Valero Texas Open tournament week

April 17
“Guess the Birdies” contest deadline
Pledge forms must be delivered to GSA office or postmarked to be included in contest

April 17
Pairings Party – Top 52 Bonus Bucks organizations invited to attend
(2 representatives of each charity is invited to attend)

April 18
Oak Farms Dairy Pro-Am- Bonus Bucks Competition

April 30 (by 12 Noon)
Final deadline for ALL pledge cards to be in the GSA office
Pledge forms turned in after April 17 are not eligible for the “Guess the Birdies” contest

May (Date TBD)
Awarding of the Grand Prize from “Guess the Birdies” contest

May 14
First round of bills are mailed

June 15
Deadline for reaching 100% collection incentive

June 20
Final billing mailed

June 29
Checks mailed to organizations who reached 100% collection rate

July 20
Final payments due in-hand for tabulation
Donations received after this date will be applied to organization’s 2013 fundraising campaign

July 27
Checks mailed to organizations for 100% of the collected funds from both billing cycles

July 31
Tax thank-you letters mailed

October 31
All incentive money distributed
